2 eggs
1/3 cup milk prepared from al alali Full Cream Powder Milk
1 1/2 tbsp honey
45 gm mascarpone cheese
4 slices whole wheat bread
30 gm al alali Apricot Jam
20 gm almond slices - toasted
al alali icing Sugar
  • Pre-heat oven at 175°c ( 350°F)
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with milk and one tablespoon honey
  • Combine cheese with remaining honey separately. Spread evenly over bread slices. Spread jam on two slices and top with other two slices
  • Dip toast in egg mixture and place in greased baking tray. Bake for around 15 minutes or until golden color appears, turn once
  • Sprinkle with almonds and al alali Icing Sugar
  • Serve and enjoy!
