Healthy Cookies with Raspberry Jam

250 gm whole wheat flour
1 tsp al alali Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp al alali Ground Ginger
3/4 tsp al alali Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
100 gm brown sugar
50 gm light cooking butter
1/3 cup oil
3 tsp orange juice
50 gm grated ginger
75 gm al alali Raspberry Light Jam
  • Pre-heat oven at 175°C ( 350°F)
  • In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, al alali Ground Cinnamon, al alali Ground Ginger, al alali Baking Powder and salt. Keep aside
  • In a blender, mix brown sugar, butter, oil, egg, and orange juice. Add flour mixture and blend until doughy
  • Form 2 rolls, cut into even pieces, then shape into balls
  • Roll each ball over grated ginger and flatten. Press some al alali Raspberry Light Jam into the center
  • Place on greased tray and bake for 10 minutes
  • Let cool. Serve and enjoy!
