Healthy Quinoa Pudding

75 gm quinoa
1 1/4 cup water
100 gm al alali Strawberry Light Jam
1/2 tsp al alali Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
100 gm brown sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp al alali Corn Flour, dissolved in 3 tbsp water
  • In a medium size pot, mix quinoa, al alali Strawberry Light Jam, salt and cinnamon in water. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until quinoa is cooked
  • Add sugar and lemon juice. Add al alali Corn Flour mixture and cook until pudding thickens
  • Put the mixture in small servings, allow to cool in fridge
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
