1 pack puff pastry
225 gm al alali Cherry Preserve
2 tbsp butter room temperature
al alali Icing Sugar
fresh cherry for garnish
  • Pre-heat oven at 200°C ( 400°F)
  • Let the puff pastry outside the fridge to defrost
  • Spread 2-3 tsps al alali Cherry Preserve on one slice puff pastry, don't cover the edges of the pastry. Fold the 2 opposite sides over each other.
  • Brush over with some butter. Repeat the same with the rest
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden
  • Let cool, sprinkle al alali Icing Sugar on top of each, and garnish with fresh cherry
  • Serve and enjoy!
