4 slices bread crusts removed
2/1 cup apple juice
200 gm ice-cream
150 gm al alali Tropical Preserve with Pineapple
1 can al alali Pineapple Slices
  • Dip bread in apple juice. Discard excess juice and crumble soaked bread with fork
  • In a freezer-friendly dish, arrange biscuits in rows. Layer biscuits with cream, al alali Tropical Preserve with Pineapple, then bread mixture, and top with a layer of cream
  • Place in freezer for at least one hours before serving
  • Garnish with al alali Pineapple Slices before serving
  • Serve and enjoy!
