Pineapple and Orange Pound Cake

1 pack al alali Pound Cake
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
250 gm al alali Pineapple Preserve
200 gm al alali Pineapple Slices
1 pack al alali Cream Delight - prepared
  • Prepare al alali Pound Cake as per directions on the pack. Let cool
  • Make few holes in the cake with a skewer. Soak cake in orange juice for a few minutes
  • Cut cake into four equal layers and spread al alali Pineapple Preserve over three layers
  • Arrange layers back into cake shape, topping with the plain layer
  • Drain and chop al alali Pineapple slices and mix with al alali Cream Delight. Cover cake and chill before serving
  • Serve and enjoy!
