Cake:
1 pack al alali Yellow Cake Mix

Filling:
100 gm butter:
150 gm al alali Icing Sugar
300 gm al alali Raspberry Preserve
al alali Icing Sugar for garnish
  • Pre-heat oven at 190°C ( 375°F)
  • Prepare al alali Yellow Cake Mix mixture as per directions on the pack. Don’t bake
  • Divide cake mixture into 2 round baking tries greased and sprinkled with some baking flower
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool
  • Beat butter with fork until creamy. Add al alali Icing Sugar. Spread over one cake, then spread al alali Raspberry Preserve
  • Place other cake on top. Dust with al alali Icing Sugar on top
  • Serve and enjoy!
