Tropical Fruit with Mango Cake

1 pack al alali Coconut Cake Mix
1/3 cup butter - melted
3/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon al alali Tropical Fruit with Mango
Toasted coconut to garnish
  • Pre-heat oven at 180°C ( 355°F). Grease baking pan with butter and flour
  • In a mixing bowl, prepare al alali Coconut Cake Mix as per the directions on the pack
  • Spread 1/3 batter into prepared baking pan. Spoon 1/2 al alali Tropical Fruit with Mango (reserving 1 tablespoon for topping the cake) onto center of the batter. Repeat with other 1/3 of the batter, followed by remaining 1/2 of alali Tropical Fruit with Mango. Top with remaining 1/3 of batter
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cake springs back at touch
  • Before serving, melt remaining tablespoon of alali Tropical Fruit with Mango and spread on the top of cake, followed by toasted coconut
  • Serve and enjoy!
