Cherry Cheese Cake

250 gms glucose biscuits
50 gm butter - room temperature
2 tsp gelatin - melted
200 gm unsalted cottage cheese
200 gm condensed milk
200 gm fresh cream
125 gm al alali Cherry Jam
  • In a blender, powder biscuits, then combine with butter. Add mixture into pie dish, press hard
  • Pat cheese, then break into pieces. Beat in blender for few seconds. Add condensed milk and blend well. Add gelatin and beat again. Then add cream and mix for a few seconds
  • Pour mixture over the biscuit base, smoothen and refrigerate about 5 hours before serving
  • Add al alali Cherry Jam on top
  • Serve and enjoy!
