150 gm + 75 gm al alali Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup orange juice
75 gm al alali Icing Sugar
75 gm brown sugar
275 gm butter
225 gm flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp al alali Baking Powder
1 pack al alali Cream Delight - prepared
  • Pre-heat oven at 190°C ( 375°F)
  • In a blender, mix butter, al alali Icing Sugar and brown sugar. Add 150 gm al alali Orange Marmalade, flour, baking soda, al alali Baking Powder, eggs and 1/2 orange juice. Blend well
  • Add to buttered baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake raise
  • Mix remaining al alali Orange Marmalade with orange juice over low heat until melted then brush cake with mixture
  • Serve with al alali Cream Delight and enjoy!
