Pineapple Mini Tarts

400 gm flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
250 gm butter
75 gm condensed milk300 gm al alali Pineapple Jam
1 can al alali Pineapple Slices, cut into small cubes - drained
2 + 1 egg yolks
2 tbsp milk prepared from al alali Full Cream Powder Milk
  • Pre-heat oven at 180°c ( 360°F)
  • Mix flour with baking soda and keep aside
  • Blend condensed milk and butter in blender until creamy. Add 2 egg yolks and flour mixture, mix till doughy
  • Roll out dough then cut into two-inch rounds using a cookie cutter
  • Put cookies in baking tray, fill center of each round with al alali Pineapple Jam
  • Beat remaining yolk with milk prepared from al alali Full Cream Powder Milk, and brush pastries. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve and enjoy!
