175 gm al alali Strawberry Jam
300 gm butter
100 gm honey
100 gm al alali Icing Sugar
300 gm flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pack al alali Custard Powder - prepared
  • Mix flour with baking soda, sit aside
  • Place 100 gm al alali Strawberry Jam in buttered microwavable dish. Blend butter, honey and al alali Powder Sugar until fluffy
  • Add eggs and flour in two batches, blend until soft but not too thick
  • Spoon over jam and smoothen top, allowing space for dough to rise. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes
  • Remove and top with remaining jam.
  • Cut into individual portions, serve with al alali Custard and enjoy!
