Light Rice Pudding with al alali Light Jam

125 gm white rice, washed and drained
1 1/4 cup water
1 3/4 cup skimmed milk
30 gm brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50 gm raisins
1 tsp al alali Vanilla Powder
100 gm al alali Mixed Fruit Slim Jam
  • In a pot, cook rice in water for 20 minutes
  • In a saucepan, mix cooked rice, 1 1/4 cup milk, sugar and salt and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until thickened
  • Add remaining milk, raisins and al alali Vanilla Powder; cook few minutes more
  • Add in small individual bowls; let it cool for some time in fridge.
  • Garnish with dollops of al alali Mixed Fruit Slim Jam.
  • Serve and enjoy!
