 Mediterranean Garlic Herb Beef and Pasta

WHAT YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS)

HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with the garlic herb marinade (around 240g). Mix well and refrigerate for 30 – 60 minutes
  2. In a pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add beef and cook
  3. In a separate pan, Sauté onions and garlic. Set aside
  4. Sauté bell peppers and zucchini until softened but still crisp. Set aside.
  5. Finally sauté the alali Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
  6. Dice the tomatoes. Mix all ingredients into a large pan and keep warm.
  7. Prepare al alali Pasta as per the instruction mentioned on the pack. Strain and place in a large bowl and mix with 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  8. Mix the beef, vegetables and pasta. Add the remaining quantity of marinade (100g)
  9. Serve and enjoy
