  1. In a pot, boil water then cook potatoes and eggs for 15 minutes or until ready and tender. Drain and set aside
  2. In another pot, boil water then add salt and beans. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain, place in iced water then drain and set aside
  3. Cut potatoes into slices
  4. In a pan, add 2 tbsps of al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil and potato slices. Cook until golden
  5. Cut eggs into quarters
  6. In a salad bowl, mix tomatoes, lettuce, beans, al alali Fancy Meat Tuna in Olive Oil, potatoes and olives.
  7. Add eggs and some fresh thyme leaves on top
  8. For dressing, mash garlic then mix with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and al alali Ground Black Pepper
  9. Add dressing on salad, then serve & enjoy!
