HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)
- Marinate chicken by adding al alali Multiflora Honey, lime juice, lime zest and garlic for 2 hours.
- Pre-heat the oven to 180˚C (355˚F).
- Place chicken on a roasting tray with half the marinade and roast for 10 – 15 minutes.
- In a pot, add the remaining marinade, cook on reduced heat till it bubbles and gets sticky. Stir occasionally.
- Remove chicken from oven and pour over the reduced sticky sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice, avocado, sesame seeds & green onion, and enjoy!
