HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)

  1. Marinate chicken by adding al alali Multiflora Honey, lime juice, lime zest and garlic for 2 hours.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 180˚C (355˚F).
  3. Place chicken on a roasting tray with half the marinade and roast for 10 – 15 minutes.
  4. In a pot, add the remaining marinade, cook on reduced heat till it bubbles and gets sticky. Stir occasionally.
  5. Remove chicken from oven and pour over the reduced sticky sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice, avocado, sesame seeds & green onion, and enjoy!
