Mediterranean Garlic Herb Beef and Pasta
al alali is offering you a whole meal in one dish. Nobody would resist the delicious taste of lamb when cooked with basil and olive oil, especially adding it to the farfalle pasta and topping with some cheese and mushrooms. Your will love it!

WHAT YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS)
900g beef small cubes
2 zucchini
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 tomatoes
170g al alali Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 tbsps al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil
340g garlic herb, marinade
1 pack al alali Pasta Shape # 201
Salt to taste
al alali Ground Black Pepper to taste

Share Recipe:
In a bowl, marinate the beef with the garlic herb marinade (around 240g). Mix well and refrigerate for 30 – 60 minutes
In a pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add beef and cook
In a separate pan, Sauté onions and garlic. Set aside
Sauté bell peppers and zucchini until softened but still crisp. Set aside.
Finally sauté the alali Pieces & Stems Mushrooms
Dice the tomatoes. Mix all ingredients into a large pan and keep warm.
Prepare al alali Pasta as per the instruction mentioned on the pack. Strain and place in a large bowl and mix with 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix the beef, vegetables and pasta. Add the remaining quantity of marinade (100g)
Serve and enjoy
