WHAT YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS)
Whole wheat Tagliatelle pasta
Fancy tuna with sunflower oil
1 egg
Garlic powder
Onion Flakes
Mustard
Mixed cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Chicken Stock Powder
Pasta sauce the original Italian way
Oregano
HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)
Add the pasta to boiling water on medium heat
In a bowl add the tuna, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, cheese, salt, and black pepper and mix them well
Take tablespoons of tuna mix and cup them between your palms. Roll them into tight balls.
After draining the pasta, rinse it under cold water
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add the tuna balls
Once the tuna balls are browned on all sides and cooked through, move them to a plate
In the same skillet, add a glass of water with chicken stock powder then add the pasta sauce with some black pepper and oregano
Add the seared tuna balls to your sauce and gently simmer them
On the serving plate place some pasta and sauce with tuna balls, and grate Parmesan cheese on top.
