For béchamel sauce
In a non-stick saucepan, fry flour with butter, add water and mix
Add milk and continue stirring until thick
For rice
Boil rice until well-cooked, set aside
In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until brown color, add al alali Pease & Carrots and spices
In an oven tray, place chicken, onion and garlic, add with al alali Natural Vinegar, mustard, lemon, al alali Ground Black Pepper, salt, bake for 40 to 50 minutes
Finally, mix Béchamel sauce with rice softly, add al alali Peas & Carrots mixture
