HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)

  1. In a large pot, boil chicken, add onions, salt and al alali Ground Black Pepper. Reduce heat, let the broth simmer slowly for 45 to 60 minutes
  2. Cut Arabic bread into 1-inch pieces
  3. Separate chicken meat from bone and cut into small pieces
  4. To prepare the topping, in a bowl, mix yoghurt, tahineh, al alali Garlic Powder, squeeze of lemon and salt
  5. To prepare the dish, in a bowl, place shredded bread and chicken. Add some yoghurt sauce along with the prepared al alali Chicken Stock, mix well
  6. Spread the remaining yoghurt on top of the mixture
  7. Garnish with some roasted pine seeds, al alali Parsley Flakes and al alali Paprika
  8. Serve and enjoy!
