Everyone loves seafood salad! Here Mai Fouad – founder of Mai’s Kitchen – used beets, green apples and pomegranate for a unique shrimps salad rich with orange and lemon sauce.

Wash shrimps well. In a deep dish, mix marinade ingredients on shrimp and leave for 20 minutes to take the distinctive flavor
In a deep pot, heat 1 tbsp al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add shrimp, one after the other, cook for 5 minutes, then flip to the other side. Allow to cook for 5 more minutes until change in color, set aside
In a small bowl, mix orange, lemon juice, al alali Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and al alali Ground Black Pepper , set aside
In serving plate, cut vegetables in medium size then add lettuce, arugula, spinach leaves and al alali Diced Beets
Add shrimps on top with grapefruit, apples and pomegranate grains, then add the orange juice mixture
