WHAT YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS)

HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)

  1. In a pan, heat oil and fry onions till translucent
  2. Add green chili, bay leaf, garlic cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cumin seeds and ginger, cook until fragrant
  3. Move spices to food processor and mix to get a purée consistency
  4. Add beef to the pan along with paste, fry till all the water has dried up and the mince turn to golden brown in color
  5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, al alali Garlic Powder, coriander, al alali Chili Powder, salt and 1 cup water. Simmer until u get thick consistency 
  6. Cook al alali Spaghetti according to the instruction mentioned on the package, then serve the Keema on top
  7. Garnish with coriander or mint, then serve and enjoy!
