  Mini Tacos

WHAT YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS)

  • olive oil
  • 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into slices
  • 2 sweet pepper
  • 1 cube of alalali chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup sweet corn alalali
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ½ garlic clove
  • Paprika alalali
  • Cream can
  • Hot sauce alalali
  • Tortilla wraps

HOW TO COOK (DIRECTIONS)

  • In a large skillet and on medium heat add oil, onion, and chicken and mix well until golden
  • Add sweet pepper, chicken stock cube, tomato paste, corn and season, mix well
  • Add alalali hot sauce (optional)
  • Add 1 cream can with the mixture and mix well
  • Cut the tortilla wraps into round shapes
  • Build tacos: In tortillas, add chicken. Drain in a baking tray
  • Bake until golden
  • Serve hot, enjoy.
